We are a fresh, dynamic service driven company that specialise in venue finding for clients. We value our clients and are passionate about getting the right venue to complement your budget, location and particular specifications.


The flexible service we offer is independent; we do not have an obligation to any particular venue or hotel chain ensuring your confidence that the options we provide are the most suitable for your event.


We will…..


  • Begin the search as soon as we receive an outline of your event requirements.


  • Shortlist the best venues to accommodate your budget, geographical region and exact specifications whilst ensuring that we also offer you choice.


  • Negotiate the best rates and demonstrate the savings for every venue.


  • Arrange site visits when requested and provide site visit check lists.


  • Advise on Health and Safety and Risk Assessments for your chosen venue.


  • Confirm the details of your booking to you and your chosen venue.


  • Ensure the venue issue the contract and invoice directly to you providing total visibility of all costs.


  • Be available to advise throughout.


    • How do we do all this for FREE?


    Essentially we will find you the perfect venue at the best rate, in the right location and won’t charge you a penny!  As an impartial agency we have the freedom to offer you the lowest rates available and the venue will simply pay us a standard agency commission which does not increase what you pay.


    It’s a win win situation; you get our excellent venue finding service free and the venue pay us for finding you!
