No.11 Cavendish Square dramatically combines the period features of the Georgian era including ornate fireplaces, chandeliers, cornicing with large windows overlooking Cavendish Square, with contemporary designed conference suites in the adjoining extension.
The venue houses 30 event spaces spread across four floors with several large theatres, breakout rooms, board rooms, and a light and airy conservatory which leads onto a courtyard garden with a feature ‘living wall.’ The venue is available for product launches, summer and Christmas parties, gala dinners, receptions, meetings and conferences.
The Burdett Theatre, which opened in May 2009, caters for 225 and is ideal for presentations, launches and conferences. The Burdett Theatre features the latest AV technology including triple screen projection and smart touch screen lectern controls and can be hired as one large space along with the adjoining conservatory or as a separate.

The Treasurer’s room located in Grade II Epstein building boasts a wealth of Georgian features including large windows and fireplaces and overlooks the courtyard garden and conservatory accommodating 16 for a board meeting, The President’s room in the same building accommodates 24 and is perfect for intimate dinners and receptions.
Other rooms include three theatres catering for 80, 120 and 225 people, with break out rooms, large foyers with lounge seats, and the Maxwell room located on first floor provides space for 60 theatre style.
Summer party package:
Guests can enjoy the ‘Summer Soiree’ package in the light and airy conservatory of No.11 Cavendish Square, which can accommodate up to 200 people for a reception. As the summer sun lingers in the sky guests can spend their evening relaxing with a refreshing glass of Pimm’s while feasting on delights including Scottish burgers, marinated ribs, seafood and seasonal salads. Unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks are included in the package with spirit upgrades available.
